Raised in Tustin, California, Emilee is an Orange County native. She attended The University of Notre Dame, where she graduated with a BA in Marketing and became a 3-time All American during her college softball career. She was drafted to play professional softball in the NPF, where she played two seasons, one in Florida and one in Texas. Emilee joined the Harcourts team in 2017 and brings infectious enthusiasm and drive to her daily responsibilities. With a degree in marketing and a background in sports, Emilee thrives on creating a positive team environment while getting results across all aspects of technology, marketing, and communications for Harcourts.

Kellie Pressnell serves as the Head of Finance at Harcourts North America, the leading figure in the real estate industry, prioritizing individual client relationships and delivering exceptional personal and professional service. A graduate of California Coast University, Kellie boasts over 13 years of financial management experience across various small businesses. Residing in San Clemente, she has been an integral part of Harcourts North America for over a decade, witnessing the company's growth and evolution into the powerhouse it is today. Always passionate and efficient in her role, Kellie oversees all accounting needs, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting on the horizon.

Tony Self is a seasoned property manager and real estate professional with a career that began in 1996. A trailblazer in the industry, he played a key role in the launch of REALTOR.com for California, revolutionizing online real estate services. As the Broker Owner of Harcourts Hunter Mason Realty, Tony excels in managing diverse properties across California and Nevada, including residential, commercial, and multi-family assets. His leadership roles have included serving as President of the Palos Verdes Peninsula Association of REALTORS and Chief Operating Officer for Real Estate Business Technologies. With extensive experience in foreclosure and auction services, Anthony has successfully auctioned over 6,000 homes and commercial properties. Tony is known for his expertise and commitment to excellence in property management and real estate investment.
